We just sold and closed our last completed new home in Nelliefield Plantation, but have one of the Rice Cottage plans just
starting construction in the new section. This lovely two-story home is our most popular floor plan and will be priced at
$219,900. If you are looking for a smaller, more affordable home, we have a plan that should be priced in the low $200's.
